With the telescopic boom you can lift higher and reach to places that are hard to get to. Telescopic boom gives you much more flexibility when loading: you can extend and retract the boom steplessly and exactly without moving the machine. Operation with the control lever on the dashboard or with the rocker lever on the optional electric joystick.
Telescopic boom gives 600 mm more outreach and 400 mm lifting height. Max. lifting height with the telescopic boom is as high as 2,80 m.
Boom self levelling
• Useful in many loading jobs, e.g. when handling pallets
• For exact load handling
Boom self levelling is a very useful equipment especially when doing loading with pallet forks and with heavier loaders. The hydraulic self levelling system automatically keeps the bucket or pallet forks level, without needing to adjust their position with the boom control lever.
In addition, the self levelling system gives more lifting force thanks to the self levelling cylinder, which makes it an indispensable equipment when handling heavier loads.

Telescopic boom and auxiliary hydraulics functions on 600 and 700 series can be equipped with electric solenoid valves and operated with switches on the joystick – instead of the standard separate control levers. This facilitates operation of the telescopic boom and auxiliary hydraulics and speeds up work considerably, because you don’t have to move your hand from the joystick: just push the buttons on the joystick with your thumb.
Boom floating
• Excellent feature in levelling jobs and with dozer blade
Boom floating system allows free up and down movements of the boom, which means the attachment follows the contours of ground – a useful feature when levelling the ground with a bucket or working with the dozer blade.
Boom floating can be switched on and off with the switch on the dashboard.
Anti slip valve
• Further improves traction in difficult and slippery conditions
• Less need for special tyres or snow chains
Anti slip valve positively diverts oil flow between the hydraulic drive motors, forcing each wheel to turn at practically the same pace. This improves traction especially in slippery conditions and difficult terrains.
Anti slip valve requires the electric drive release on the machine, in order to release the diff lock when necessary.
Work light kit
• More working hours
• Efficient working also in the dark
The extra work lights allows you to use the machine in the dark also. The kit consists of three lights: two to to the front, one to the rear. The lights are mounted on the safety frame so that they give best possible lighting to the work area, and are also well protected under the canopy.
Road traffic light kit
• Enables road traffic registration in certain countries
The kit consists of headlights, blinkers, beacon, reflectors and warning triangle in the rear. In certain countries this equipment enables road traffic registration – requirements vary in different countries, please consult your local AVANT distributor.
Cab L
• More operator comfort
AVANT cab L is an excellent and economical choice when the operator wants to have protection against rain, wind and snowfall. It improves operator comfort and working conditions considerably.
The cab mounts on the standard 600 series ROPS frame, which means safety is guaranteed. It consists of windscreen (equipped with wiper), right side window and rear window.
Cab LX
• Economical cab with heater, for all four seasons
• Easy to take off for summer
AVANT cab LX is the right solution when a cab with heater is required. The cab LX has all the features of cab L and, in addition, is equipped with a door and a heater, which further improve operator comfort in harsh weather conditions. And for warmer seasons the door and windows can easily be removed if necessary.
The optional road traffic light kit (headlight, blinker, reflector + beacon) can be installed both on cab L and LX.
Cab DLX
• Top class comfort for professional use
The cab DLX is and independent ROPS/FOPS cab that mounts on the machine instead of the standard ROPS frame. It is equipped with a heater, noise isolating interior and fabric seat, radio and cab air filter. The road light kit (headlights, blinkers, reflectors + beacon) and work light kit is standard feature as well. This allows road traffic registration in certain countries, please consult your local AVANTdistributor.
AVANT cab DLX is spacious, fully equipped and well-lighted and stands comparison with any cab of similar size on the market.
Engine block heater (for diesel engines)
Facilitates starting when ambient temperature is below freezing point, and reduces fuel consumption and emissions in cold conditions.
Auxiliary hydraulics outlet in the rear
Rear auxiliary hydraulics outlet enables operation of some hydraulically operated attachments in the rear, like the hydraulic tipping trailers, horse arena harrow, hydraulic sand spreader etc.
Both single acting and double acting outlets are available.
Rear side weights
• More lift capacity without increasing the width or length of the machine
Available for models 528, 630, 635, 745 and 750 the rear side weights come as pair, one for each side of the machine. Their weight is 180 kg (90 kg each), and the weights increase the practical lift capacity so that with 600 series you can handle as much as 1000 kg loads with 600 series and 1200 kg loads with 700 series.
Rear side weights mount behind the rear wheels and they don’t make the machine wider or longer when the machine is equipped with 26*12.00-12 (Avant 600-series and 745) or 29*12,50-15 (Avant 750) wheels.
Extra counterweights
The 36 kg weights keep the loader more stable when there is a heavy load in the bucket.
They are easy to mount in the rear and remove when necessary.
Trailer coupling
Trailer coupling is a standard 50 mm ball coupling. A coupling with pin (for tractor type trailers) also available.
Heavy duty wheels
The harder rubber compound, bigger load capacity and stronger profile make the heavy duty wheels the right choice especially for construction sites. Wheel size is 320/60-12, which is the same as 26*12.00-12.
Snow chains
•Maximum grip for snow removal
Snow chains improve traction when driving on snow and ice. They are easy to mount on the wheels and can be used on all four wheels or just on front or rear axle.
NOTE: Available only for 26*12,00-12 tyres.
FOPS canopy
Installed on the ROPS frame, this steel safety canopy is tested and certified and exceeds the ISO 3449 FOPS criteria. Protects the operator against falling objects. In some countries and some jobs the FOPS may be mandatory, please consult your local AVANT distributor.
Loading ramps
• Lightweight aluminium ramps, easy to handle and to transport
By using the loading ramps it is easy to drive your AVANT on the trailer or van. The lightweight aluminium ramps are easy to handle and they stay clean thanks to the open grid design.
Battery charger
With the battery charger you can charge the battery of the machine by connecting the charger to the 12V outlet of the machine, without needing to take off the cover plates. The charger is fully automatic - it automatically switches from charge mode to maintenance mode. It is equipped with clamps also which means you can charge other batteries as well.
A very useful and recommendable equipment for machines that are used seasonally and remain unused for longer periods of time.
Attachment control switch pack
Optional extra with which electric functions of the attachment (electric throwing height adjustment on snow blower, opening of lawn mower collector lid, control of water spraying system on the broom etc.) are controlled
Does not require the optional 8 function joystick on the loader, mounts on the std. boom control lever also. Consists of the control switches, wiring and a 7-pole socket that mounts on the boom next to the auxiliary hydraulics quick couplers. The electric wire of the attachment is connected to this socket.
Operation of the attachment’s electric functions is very comfortable and easy, because the toggle switches are mounted on the control lever within reach of your right thumb.
Multi connector system for attachments
Connect all three hydraulic couplings with one movement in an effortless and clean fashion. The multiconnector has all hydraulic couplings connected into one block which has a counterpart fixed on the loaders boom.
Connecting and disconnecting is extremely easy and requires practically no force to connect. The two parts are simply placed close to each other by hand and then connected with a lever on the side of the connector.
The hydraulic quick couplers are flat face connectors, so no oil is spilled during connection or disconnection phase.
The system is available only to the front auxiliary hydraulics.
Two double acting hydraulic outlets on front
Enables the use of special attachments or attachment combinations. For example tilt adapter and 4 in 1 bucket can be used simultaneously with this option.
The driver can choose between outlet 1 or outlet 2 by using a toggle switch on the loaders dashboard.
Please note that simulteneous use of the both outlets is not possible. Also note that only one free return line is available on the system.
