Avant R-Series: New model with front Steering - May 2013
A new model series, where the driver is seated on the backframe instead of usual Avant concept where driver is seated on the front frame. The R-series is heavily based on the current Avant 500 and 600-series loaders, allowing the use of same filters, many spare parts and options as on their sibling models. The corresponding models for R-series goes as follows: R28 = Avant 528 R35 = Avant 635 This means that the engine power, hydraulic system, options listing and many other things are same as on their sibling models. Now we have a model to offer for a customer who is used to drive his machines from the back frame. OPTIONS: LX CAB
A totally new LX-cab with improved features and operator comfort. The new LX-cab is equipped with all glass windows and doors, tighter indoors, spacious cab and a heater unit. The new cab also has a feature, which allows the operator to remove cab door and side window by simply lifting them off from their hinges. Mudguards in the front come as standard feature. The new LX-cab will be available to the end of 2012 with same price as old LX cab. From 1.1.2013 there will be a price increase of ca. EUR. ROTARY BROOMS
A totally new rotary broom series that is easier to use and more refined than old open broom models. There will be two models, that have a different width, otherwise both models are identical. Both models come as standard with slewing which is powered by electric actuator motor. This way the slewing is easily done from the operators seat via a switch. The floating mechanism is completely renewed, and now instead of wheels the brush is resting on its bristles and the whole brush axle is floating freely. This guarantees a noise free float for the brush and a lot of movement making brushing easier. Available December 2012

COLLECTING BROOM

POWERPACKS - GENERATORS
There are two different size generators available; 3,5 kVA and 6,5kVA. The smaller model has 2*230V electric outlets. Larger model has 2*230V and 1*380V electrical outlets. Generators can be used as a power source for power tools and small electrical appliances where net current is not available. Front mounted models are connected directly to loaders quick attach plate. This guarantees quick and easy connecting and fastens the power pack to the loader firmly. Rear mounted models are mounted on top of the loaders rear chassis with a mounting set that is included in the delivery. Rear mounting does not increase loaders outer measures and makes it possible to have the power pack always on the loader. NOTE: Rear mounting requires double acting auxiliary hydraulics from the loader. All models available now!

CUTTING BAR

FEED MOVER SCREW
Efficient way of moving uneaten feed back in front of the cattle. When moving, the screw mixes the feed and the fresh feed remains on top. With the feed mover screw drive speed can be higher, over 10 km/h. Feed can be moved both to the right and to the left simply by changing the rotation direction. NEW REAR CHASIS FOR AVANT 600 SERIES AND AVANT 528:

The multi connector system becomes a standard equipment on all Avant 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 series machines and their attachments. This system has been an option to Avant loaders for three years and because of the positive feedback it will be taken as standard equipment starting from January 2012. The multi connector system makes driving Avant an even more enjoyable experience as changing attachments is easier and cleaner.

• Connects all hoses effortlessly with one hand movement.
• Releases pressure automatically and is always easy and light to connect.
• No oil is dripped during connecting or detaching.
• It is not possible to connect the multi connector in wrong way.
